Chartered Psychologist Dr Gary Wood is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has more than 16 years experience teaching in several UK universities, at all levels from undergraduate to postgraduate. He has taught all areas of psychology, research methods and learning skills. In partnership with Brook Clinics he has delivered training in sexual health and relationships. Other training includes team building for managers for the University of Birmingham’s Management Development Programme. Gary also runs his own personal and professional development courses in mindfulness, meditation, relaxation, creative visualization and goal-setting.
